Amazing experience with Kilimanjaro Safari and Holidays - amazing experience and adventure trip Great experience with this travel agency. Mr Andrew took care of us from the first minute. We arrived from Kenya - Taveta border - and on side of Holili boarder Mr Andrew was already waiting to us with his car. After he brought us to Keys Hotel (a verry nice an cheep one). From this Hotel you start your Kili-Tour. The guides wich was bringing us to the summit, Mr Deo and Mr Kevin, took care of us the whole adventure and even if you think you are too week to reach the goal - they find a way to bring you up to the mountain. After the tour, Mr Andrew himself was already waiting with car and driver and brought us back to the hotel. We hat a great celebration in the night with him and his crew. Next morning he brought us back to the border to Kenya, where he arranged already that the kenyan driver was already waiting to us to pick us up and bring us back to Diani beach. AG A few years ago, i decided i would like to climb to Mt Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.. after a quick search for a guide, i got a some good recommendations about John Omari. he speaks English fluently , was very professional and helpful, taking care of all i needed during the 7 days hike to the summit and back. all and all he was a great guide for my solo trip to Mt. Kilimanjaro. highly recommended.

Uhuru summit from the Machame route. I am very pleased with the tour we received from Kilimanjarosafariholiday tour company between 07-February / 16-February 2020. Andrew joined the organization in which we operate as 10 people from Turkey were extremely successful. Our guide Chashua was a highly experienced guide. We left the Machame route and 10 of us had the summit of Uhuru Peak. We had more than we thought. Thank you very much to Kilimanjarosafariholiday firm and Andrew.

The Peak of a Lifetime Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania was an amazing experience and Kilimanjaro Safari and Holidays took great care of us on the mountain and our 1 day safari before the moutain. While Mount Kilimanjaro was, generally speaking, "just a hike", reaching the summit was no easy feat for many people so it is important to have a great knowledgeable and experienced guide to move you over the terrain and through the various levels of complexity. In our group of two, one person got sick during the final ascent. If you are in good shape, this will be fun for you, but there are no guarantees about how your body will react to the altitude. We heard many stories from other groups and saw first hand the exhaustion (and sometimes sickness) people experienced at the summit. The ever-changing environment as you climb day after day is a site to see. The mountain is constantly peaking out from behind cloud cover and then hiding again. We did the six day Machame route and experienced generally pleasant weather other than some very cold nights. Reaching the summit at sunrise was a really special treat and the glacier was just a surprise bonus. Although this is a relatively easy mountain to summit, you do have to be prepared. Everyone doing the climb is required to work with a local tour company who will check your gear before starting to ensure that you are fully prepared for the cold weather at altitude. They take care of your meals and tent and you just need to worry about preparing good hiking gear that will keep you warm and comfortable day and night. There are many sites that recommend which gear to bring. You don't even need to carry your main gear and clothes as the tour company will provide a guide (or a few guides, depending on your group size), a chef, and 3-5 porters per person. There are various restrictions on how much a porter is allowed to carry, etc, but they work extremely hard and you should expect to give a tip. There are sites that can advise what size tip is respectable for each position. Kilimanjaro Safari and Holidays were extremely professional and accommodating. The price was good and the guide was very experienced and knowledgeable. Kilimanjaro Safari and Holidays took good care of us. Our representative, Andrew, was very responsive on WhatsApp and made sure we were comfortable at every step of the way. Kilimanjaro Safari and Holidays also helped us plan a 1 day mini-Safari hike through Arusha National Park. We found that the most important thing when working with Andrew was just to ask. Everything within reason was an open discussion. Don't expect the included hotels to be fancy, but if you want something a little nicer, I'm sure he will accommodate you for a slight price increase. (Keep in mind that the government prices the tour companies pay for entering Kilimanjaro and camping are surprisingly high.)

Kilimanjaro with guide John Omari - amazing experience On Oct 2016 we went on a 5 days hike to Kilimanjaro. It was a wonderful experience, much thanks to the guide we picked - John Omari. He was both friendly and professional and was taking care all of our needs. He honored all of the things we talked about over the phone and made sure we will summit the mountain in good shape. He was really just the best pick for that track and also he is just a very good guy. Very recommended.
